Hi There. We've offered this bench for many years and have never had a complaint about the leg size but we will check with the manufacturer to confirm what the dimensions lumber size if for those and get back to you.

The legs on the cedar garden bench are 2 x 4 lumber that have been sanded so that the actual size is approximately 1 1/2" x 2 1/2".
