Hi and thank you for your question. We have the assembly instructions for this set with the backless benches but not the ones with backs. We are happy to share those with you if you'd like to email us direct at help@cedarwoodfurniture.com.
In regards to time, it looks pretty simple and straight forward. There are 3 steps to assemble the table and probably 4 steps for each bench. The only thing different for them and what we can share with you is attaching the back assembly pieces. It's basically assembling major parts.
