Full size mattresses can come in different sized depending on manufacturers but the inside dimensions under the bed is 75.5"L x 39"D. It may fit depending how you chose to position it.
You will also want to select to have the ladder on the end of the unit as it won't work if you are able to fit your full size mattress underneath.
